Nous avons fait appel à Geneviève (« Les Service CGC ») pour agir comme gestionnaire d’un projet de prioritaire chez MAAX. En effet, pour assurer l’exécution de ce projet stratégique, nous devions palier rapidement à notre manque de ressource interne au niveau de la gestion et du leadership de projet. Geneviève a su prendre rapidement le contrôle du projet en construisant un plan de projet conséquent, en organisant les réunions de travail et les revues de projets et de gestion. Elle a su faire avancer le projet rondement malgré le vent de face causé par le manque de temps des ressources assignées au projet et par la complexité du mandat. Le travail de gestion de projet de Geneviève et son excellente approche (positive et collaborative) a permis de livrer le projet en rencontrant les objectifs et en surpassant certaines des attentes, notamment dans le volet expérience web. We called upon Geneviève Carle (“CGC Services") to act as project manager for a high priority initiative at MAAX. Indeed, to ensure the implementation of this strategic project, we had to take quick action, while we had limited skilled resources internally, with the required time and focus for a project of this magnitude. Geneviève quickly stepped in and took control of the project: first, meeting with key stakeholders and building the initial project plan. Then, organizing the business meetings, project reviews and management meetings to ensure the proper communications and support were there to ensure success.
